Location: approximate city/region from IP (no GPS)
2.3 Information from Third Parties
PayJunction: transaction status, authorization results, tokenized references (never full card numbers)
Shipping carriers: delivery confirmation, tracking, address verification

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only:
PayJunction: transaction details for payment processing (PCI Level 1)
Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS): name, address, order details for delivery

Payment Data & PayJunction
All payment processing is handled by PayJunction (PCI Level 1). Your card data is transmitted directly to PayJunction via TLS encryption. Silicute never stores full card numbers, expiration dates, or CVVs.
PayJunction stores data in tokenized format — randomized codes that cannot be reverse-engineered.
For auctions, PayJunction places temporary authorization holds when you bid. Holds release within 1–3 business days (credit) or up to 5 days (debit) if outbid.
For wholesale Net-30 accounts, invoice records are stored internally. No card data is retained.
Data Retention
Account data: duration of account + 12 months after deletion
Order/transaction records: 7 years (tax/legal compliance)
Auction bid history: 3 years (dispute resolution, fraud prevention)
Engraving uploaded images: 90 days after order, then deleted
Engraving proof approvals: 12 months
Email preferences: until unsubscribe (then suppression list)
Support correspondence: 24 months from last interaction
Server logs/analytics: up to 12 months
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
TLS/SSL encryption for all transmitted data
Payment data handled exclusively by PCI Level 1 PayJunction
Employee access restricted on need-to-know basis
Regular security assessments and monitoring
Encryption at rest for sensitive records
Passwords stored using one-way cryptographic hashing (never plaintext)
